1. Using byetell

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use byetell. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for lawful purposes.

2. Payments and transactions

byetell facilitates mobile recharges, bill payments, and UPI transfers through licensed payment partners. Once a transaction is initiated successfully, it cannot be reversed by us — please review details carefully before confirming.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your mobile number, device, and authentication methods secure. Notify us immediately at support@byetell.online if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Availability

We aim to keep the service running 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

5. Our liability

byetell is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses arising from your use of the service beyond the amount of the specific transaction in question, except as required by law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Patna, Bihar.
